We will not process manuscript from research approach of school management.</p> IKIP Siliwangi Bandung en-US P2M STKIP Siliwangi 2355-9004 EFEKTIVITAS WORKSHOP MULTILITERASI BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI RAJA AMPAT http://e-journal.stkipsiliwangi.ac.id/index.php/p2m/article/view/5281 <p>Raja Ampat faces significant challenges in education, including limited access to resources and professional development. To address this, a multiliteracy workshop based on local wisdom was conducted to improve teachers' skills in integrating multiliteracy and cultural knowledge into teaching. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the workshop in enhancing teacher competencies. A descriptive quantitative survey method was used, gathering data from 50 participating teachers. The results indicate that 85% of the teachers improved their understanding of multiliteracy, while 90% gained skills in incorporating local wisdom into lessons. Teachers also reported higher student engagement as they connected classroom content with cultural contexts. However, some challenges remain, particularly limited access to technology. In conclusion, the workshop successfully enhanced teacher competence in Raja Ampat by integrating multiliteracy and local wisdom. This model could benefit other regions with similar educational challenges. When a process is needed that can produce individuals with skills, knowledge, and values in global life. Forming teachers who have global insight is not easy, it takes hard work from the principal and cooperation from the teachers themselves. Thus, the main problem in this study is how the principal's strategy influences the management of teachers' global skills at SPK SD Sophos Indonesia. This study aims to describe the management of teachers' global skills and the principal's management at SPK SD Sophos Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, the researcher describes descriptively the various phenomena that occur in the research process. Based on the data from the observation of school documents, academic studies and scientific articles as well as interviews with the academic director, non-academic director, several teachers related to teachers' global skills through the application of principal management, the management competence with a focus on professional and personal skills of teachers has improved significantly compared to before a good management system was implemented. The reason for choosing class V was because researchers found that the learning outcomes of class V students were below the KKTP. Data collection techniques in this research used the normality test, paired sample t test, N-gain test. The research results before learning the average score obtained was 45.1 and after learning students got an average score of 76.3. The results of the paired sample t test showed a significance value of 0.001, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference. In the n-gain test, the value obtained was 0.57 or 0.57 &gt; 0.7, so the n-gain criterion obtained was high.</p> Shavira Diah Ananda Khamdun Khamdun Siti Masfuah Copyright (c) 2024 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-11-25 2024-11-25 11 2 76 83 10.22460/p2m.v11i2.5138 PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS PUISI NARATIF MENGGUNAKAN METODE QUANTUM LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA GAMBAR BERSERI KELAS IV SDN 3 JATI KULON http://e-journal.stkipsiliwangi.ac.id/index.php/p2m/article/view/4913 <p>This classroom action research aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in narrative poetry writing skills using the quantum learning method assisted by series of image media in class IV Indonesian at SDN 3 Jati Kulon. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each cycle includes planning, observation, implementation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation, documentation and tests. The test used is a written test to determine narrative poetry writing skills. The research results show an increase in the skills of writing narrative poetry using the quantum learning method assisted by serial image media. This can be proven by the significant increase in narrative poetry writing test results. In cycle I, it showed that 13 students (61.9%) had achieved learning completeness, and in cycle II it increased to (85.7%) with 18 students who had completed it. It can be concluded that the use of the quantum learning method assisted by serial image media can improve the narrative poetry writing skills of class IV students at SDN 3 Jati Kulon.</p> Tiara Rismayanti Erik Aditya Ismaya Ismaya Irfai Fathurohman Fathurohman Copyright (c) 2024 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-11-16 2024-11-16 11 2 60 66 10.22460/p2m.v11i2.4913 PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN KOMIK NILAI PANCASILA MATA PELAJARAN PKN DI KURIKULUM MERDEKA KELAS IV BERBASIS APLIKASI CANVA FOR EDUCATION http://e-journal.stkipsiliwangi.ac.id/index.php/p2m/article/view/4880 <p>This research aims to (1) To describe the procedure for developing komipa learning media in Civics subjects in the Grade IV Independent Curriculum based on the Canva for Education application, (2) to determine the level of validity of Kompipa learning media in Civics subjects in the Grade IV Independent Curriculum based on applications. canva for education, (3) to determine the level of practicality of the komipa learning media in Civics subjects in the fourth-grade independent curriculum based on the canva for education application. This research uses research and development methods using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The results of this research and development are in the form of komipa learning media for class IV in Civics learning based on the Canva for education application. The validation results by material experts obtained a validity score of 80 in the valid category, the validation assessment results from media experts obtained a validity score of 68 in the quite valid category and the results of the validation assessment by language experts obtained a validity score of 96.3 in the very valid category. The practicality of the komipa learning media that has been developed has also passed the assessment of expert practitioners who received a score of 100 in the very practical category. The practicality of komipa media also pays attention to the student response questionnaire in the small group trial which obtained a score of 90 and in the large group trial which obtained a score of 89.46.
