This study aims to find a training model that can improve the entrepreneurial skills of teenagers. To achieve this goal, the research developed a training model with an experiential learning approach so that after haircut entrepreneurship training, the entrepreneurial skills of teenagers can be increased. This study is a multi-disciplinary study using pre-post-test experiments without using a control group with only one type of treatment. The results of this study proved effective in improving adolescent entrepreneurial skills which include the ability to observe, experiment, communicate and make decisions and increase economic independence. so that it can be used by practitioners or organizers such as PKBM or LKP at the district/city level. The pattern of implementation with experiential learning is expected to be a complement and reinforcement in increasing youth entrepreneurial skills which are supported by policy makers in this case the Cimahi City Education Office and the Manpower Office in disseminating this model as an alternative to preparing skilled youth. there are weaknesses, shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of research so that further studies and research are needed on hair cutting entrepreneurship training with an experiential learning approach to improve the entrepreneurial skills of these teenagers.

This research describes the efforts made to contribute to the improvement of early childhood educators professional competence to be able to carry out their duties well through the application of in-house training. This study used collaborative action research methods, where researchers collaborate with the school, namely RA Al-Ihsan, with the number of participants as many as 8 Early Childhood Educators. The data collection used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis stage in this study goes through the data coding stage and groups the code into themes. The results showed that: (1) In the initial condition of educators experiencing problems related to professional competence, especially in developing materials and creative learning activities for early childhood. (2) The form and process of implementing in-house training include identifying the needs of participants, ideas or ideas related to implementation techniques, training design, implementation and evaluation, using face-to-face and online training techniques. (3) The professional competence of early childhood education (ECE) educators have improved well. Educators have begun to understand what needs to be owned and prepared by educators in developing creative learning materials and activities for early childhood so that the training form in house training can be used as an alternative to improve the professional competence of ECE educators.

This study aims to determine the development of early childhood activities in the Annisa play group. The research subjects were the Anisa Playgroup students. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method and interprets data regarding the phenomena/symptoms studied in the field. This research data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. The variables analyzed include the program and its implementation in the An- nisa play group which focuses on activities to introduce religious values, through the practice of ablution, practice of prayer as well as memorizing daily prayers. The results of the research and data analysis show that the Annisa Playgroup already has a development program that is implemented in good and directed activities so that it can achieve the expected goals of preparing a generation that is smart, cheerful, has good character and has noble character.

This study discusses the factors that cause procrastination in the preparation of theses for students majoring in public education at Medan State University. This research was conducted using a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause procrastination in the preparation of thesis for students majoring in public education at Medan State University. The sample in this study included 41 students majoring in Community Education from the 2016-1019 class. The research results were influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. From these two factors, it was found that the factor that most influences the occurrence of procrastination in the preparation of a thesis is the internal factor with a value of 46%. This means that student procrastination is caused by the student's physical condition, such as the desire to graduate on time, make improvements after the thesis guidance process, and ease of accessing theories or journals related to the thesis. The causes of procrastination are also influenced by the student's psychological condition, such as having knowledge of standard and scientific vocabulary, being able to express the right thoughts and ideas in completing the thesis, having a clear schedule and being able to make the best possible time to complete the thesis.

This study seeks to find out the results of the Implementation of The Number Card Media Learning Model to Increase The Introduction of Number Symbols in Early Childhood. This research employed descriptive methodologies with a qualitative approach. The informants in the study comprised one ECE manager, two ECE educators, and eight ECE (PAUD) Mawar 1 students. Data collection approaches through interviews and observations. The study results indicated that the learning model using number cards can assist students develop as expected in their cognitive development specifically children can already recognize the symbol of numbers (numbers 1-10) and can already say the number symbol through the medium of number cards. With the medium of number cards, students look more interested in following the activities of recognizing the number symbol. The medium of number cards can facilitate the introduction of number symbols in early childhood.

The community reading garden is one of the extracurricular educational offerings. The right approach is needed in program implementation. TBM Silayung aims and focuses more on adult education/reawakening adult interest in reading. The right approach in this program is the andragogic approach. The andragogic approach is an approach that uses the principles of adult education. This principle is used because the majority of students are adults with different learning styles. Therefore, the application of the andragogic approach is necessary to motivate students to learn. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of Community Reading Gardens (TBM) managers in increasing adult reading motivation using the andragogic approach. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data collection techniques including observations, interviews and literature reviews. The TBM program aims to re-increase the demand for adult reading.

Memorizing the Koran is not easy. Parents must be involved in guiding and motivating their children to memorize the Qur'an at home so that their memorization increases and becomes stronger. In some cases, parents simply hand over their children to teachers at school to guide them back. so that children are not too interested in memorizing the Koran. Thus, the goal of memorization is not achieved. This research aims to determine the role of parents in children's Al-Qur'an tahfiẓ education. This research uses a combination method, which means combining qualitative and quantitative methods. At the initial stage of the research, qualitative methods were used, and quantitative methods were used at the next stage. The method used to analyze the data was average score analysis. The results show that one indicator of the satisfaction category is the role of parents in increasing children's memorization of the Qur'an. This suggests that children see significant improvements in memorization as parents maximize this role, but a lack of self-confidence from parents causes children to memorize more slowly. The technological transformation in educational media has driven significant changes in teaching and learning processes, particularly highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which underscored the importance of adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an assistive tool in developing more effective online learning materials. This community service program was conducted in collaboration with SMAN 3 Padang Panjang, involving 22 teachers from grades X to XII as participants. The program was designed in three main phases: (1) preparation and field observation, (2) field implementation, and (3) evaluation. Evaluation results indicate that teachers demonstrate high behavioral intention and willingness to use AI in their teaching practices. The average scores on the behavioral intention aspect suggest that teachers are inclined to recommend and intend to use AI in the future, while on the willingness-to-use aspect, teachers are willing to dedicate time to learning and overcoming challenges related to AI usage. These findings suggest that AI-based training is effective in enhancing teachers' readiness and commitment to integrating technology into the teaching process, thereby potentially strengthening educational quality in the digital era

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effectivity of two fundamental character training using a blended learning approach for increasing the pedagogical competence of Early childhood educators. The study used quantitative approach and utilized pre-post tests without the use of a control group receiving only one type of treatment. The findings of this study demonstrated effectivity in enhancing the pedagogical competencies of early childhood educators, specifically their ability to analyze, interpret, make decisions, and predict information on a pedagogical scale in preschool age. This research was conducted to try to answer problems related to the implementation of non-formal education programs, especially in computer training programs to increase the knowledge and skills of learning citizens. Through this research it is hoped that it can provide input for non-formal education program organizers in finding alternatives that can empower the community. the location of the research was carried out at PKBM Cerdik, Tamansari. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the training program show that computer training at the Smart PKBM has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of learning residents in the field of computers, so that they can play a role in keeping pace with technological developments. However, in the implementation of the training, several obstacles were found which became materials for improvement for the next implementation, including the lack of personnel in the field of computer technicians, limited training funds, and low motivation among learning residents to attend training.

Drug abuse among the community is currently a serious problem. The crime of drug abuse not only threatens in terms of health, but also threatens in terms of the resilience and security system of a country. LKSA Bismar Al-Mustaqim Orphanage implements a curriculum based on the salaf pesantren education system to build the foundation of faith and character of foster children. The curriculum consists of three levels according to age and the level of complexity of learning: basic for teaching the Qur'an, intermediate for the introduction of Arabic and yellow book studies in bandongan, and advanced for individual deepening of knowledge through the sorogan method. Abstract

The background of this study was that PAUD SPS Anggrek 21 students have mainly not shown receptive language skills which important to improve the language skills of PAUD students. Learning media requires innovation. Theories used in this research are learning media or teaching media and language proficiency theory. The method used in this study was qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were: one principal, one teacher, and 15 students aged 4-5 years who were randomly selected. The location of the study at SPS Anggrek 21 Tanimulya.The results of research on the implementation of teaching media with fairy tale video tutorials to improve receptive language skills in children show that the implementation of teaching media with fairy tale videos can improve children's receptive language skills. This can be seen based on the results of observations that have been made where students have been able to show an increase in receptive language skills. One of the implementation's accomplishments is the learning media employed.

SELF DIRECTED LEARNING READINESS DISTANCE TRAINING PARTICIPANTS AT BALAI DIKLAT KEAGAAMAN BANDUNG

Abstract

This study aims to assess the readiness of participants for self-directed learning (SDL) in technology-based distance training at Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung, focusing on three key aspects: personal attributes, processes, and learning context. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, involving a sample of 60 participants selected through simple random sampling from a population of 120 trainees. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and the analysis employed percentage formulas to assess readiness. Results showed that participants exhibited a high level of readiness for self-directed learning in all three aspects: (1) personal attributes, (2) learning processes, and (3) learning context. These findings suggest that participants are well-prepared to engage in independent learning within the framework of distance training, thus supporting the effectiveness of technology-based training in enhancing workforce skills.

The background of this research is the learning process of understanding numbers in children, it appears that they do not understand simple concepts in everyday life, especially in the ability to recognize numbers, even though introducing the concept of numbers to children aged 5 years must use the right and appropriate methods and models in the learning process. accompanied by the right media. The purpose of the research is to find out efforts to improve understanding of the concept of numbers through the learning media of number cards in early childhood at RA Baeturrohmah. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where the sample consisted of one principal of RA Baeturrohmah, one teacher of RA Baeturrohmah, and eight students of RA Baeturrohmah. Data collection techniques are carried out to the respondents through interviews and observations.

The result is that students can take part in learning to increase understanding of numbers with number card learning media where the process is carried out with students learning while playing so that students can follow the learning well. This can be seen from the observations of students experiencing an increase in understanding of numbers. So it can be concluded that learning media can help increase students' understanding of learning numbers in particular.

This research is motivated by data that states that PIK R managers must get updated information regarding good and correct PIK R management, this update was carried out because BKKBN had not provided a briefing activity for PIK R managers. The theory used in this research is the theory of training, the theory of PIK R, and the theory of Family Planning Extension. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The research location is at the BKKBN Representative for West Java Province, Jalan Surapati No. 122, Cihaur Geulis, Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. A sample of one training implementer and three representatives of training participants were selected randomly.

Based on the results and discussion that training can improve the ability and understanding of family planning instructors to be able to update the management of information, services, and counseling for adolescents in West Java, especially PIK R. realizing teenagers who have a family life plan and will be ready to build a happy and prosperous family.

The objective of this research is to examine the process of enhancing character development in young children using the storytelling approach. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology. The study was conducted at the PGRI Tegalsari Kindergarten, involving children between the ages of 4 and 5, as well as teachers. The data gathering methods employed in this research encompassed observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the moral virtue derived from the narrative "Pinocchio the Wooden Puppet" is the ethical imperative of refraining from falsehoods towards others. The challenges encountered by instructors in cultivating the character of pupils include the presence of apathetic parents who show insufficient concern for their children, both in the educational setting and in assigning homework, as well as the absence of sufficient educational resources.

This study aims to describe the implementation of toilet training in building children's independence in the "Buah Hati Kita" Child Care Park, Jember Regency. In this study, researchers used a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the "Buah Hati Kita" Child Care Park, Jember Regency. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were educators, principals, and parents and in determining informants using purposive sampling. The results showed that the implementation of toilet training has been carried out well in increasing children's independence in the "Buah Hati Kita" Child Care Park. Where the child's independence is seen through the physical ability shown by the child to go to the toilet by himself, take off and put on their own pants or skirt, and the ability to squat, meanwhile, confidence is shown by the child in communicating the desire to defecate, for responsibility is shown the child the habit of urinating or defecating in the bathroom, cleaning feces (cebok) as well as the habit of flushing the toilet and discipline shown by the child through accustoming the child not to wearing diapers. Although well carried out, there are some activities that still do not lead to the process of independence. But educators and parents will train children step by step to be able to support independence in the toilet. Toilet training is important for children, therefore toilet training must be programmed in various institutions that shelter early childhood, especially in Child Care Parks. Child Care Park which serves to provide educational services and welfare guidance for early childhood in order to grow and develop optimally. So a toilet training program is needed that can form independence in children.

There are still many issues with Indonesia's educational system, such as underprivileged individuals who are illiterate. According to information from the Ministry of Education and Culture, 6,007,486 persons in Indonesia were illiterate in 2014. By taking a closer look at these issues, the community has stepped up the execution of literacy instruction initiatives in an effort to raise Indonesia's literacy level. PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung is one of the non-formal educational institutions that administers this pre-literacy education program. The CIPP approach is the one applied in this evaluation. The findings demonstrate that the language used in the current literacy education program at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung has considered the specific needs of pupils in the region who are trying to overcome social and economic issues that exist in society. In addition, PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung also has sufficient resources to support literacy education programs and the process of implementing literacy education programs at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung is going very well with results that can be seen from the increased level of students' literacy. the long-term impact on this program needs to be continuously monitored and evaluated to ensure the sustainability of the results achieved.

Program evaluation at Langgeng Asri Dance Studio has an important role in ensuring the sustainability, relevance and effectiveness of the program. Regular evaluation helps in monitoring program performance, improving relevance to participant needs, improving effectiveness of services to participants and accounting for use of resources. By understanding the importance of evaluation, Langgeng Asri Dance Studio can continue to develop and provide participants with a significant contribution to the development of the art of dance. This article presents an evaluation review of the Langgeng Asri Dance Studio program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. This research aims to evaluate the sustainability and effectiveness of the program. IMPROVING MICRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE OWNERS’ MARKETING SKILL THROUGH ACTIVE LEARNING BASED DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINING

This study aims to detail the implementation of active learning-based digital marketing training to enhance the marketing capabilities of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This research employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The gathering of data commenced with interviews and observations of 12 informants, including 10 MSME owners, 1 trainer, and a training organizer. Utilizing semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, information was gathered. Triangulation was then applied to the data for analysis. This study reveals that 1) planning includes determining training learning needs, preparing schedules, determining trainers, determining the location and time of training, determining participant recruitment requirements, determining the form and materials of training materials, and digital marketing. Initial activities include pre-testing and orientation of digital marketing training based on active learning. Core activities include explanations of digital marketing materials for MSMEs and practices for developing MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. Final activities include evaluating the success of the implementation. 3) The results of the training include a significant increase in marketing knowledge and abilities, as seen in the post-test score. This study indicates that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) should receive active learning-based digital marketing training on a regular basis in order to increase their competitiveness and economic influence.
