Teachers, as facilitators, need to adopt learning models that integrate ESD (Education for Sustainable Development). The RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model offers a new alternative aimed at helping students acquire multiple competencies. This study seeks to promote equality in learning services for fourth-grade elementary students through the RADEC learning model with an ESD orientation. The method used is a mixed-method approach with an embedded concurrent strategy, implementing one stage of qualitative and quantitative data collection at the same time. The study participants included 32 fourth-grade elementary students and one elementary school teacher. The instruments used in the study include an observation sheet for the implementation of the RADEC learning model, an observation sheet for equality in learning services, and a teacher interview guide. Data processing was conducted qualitatively by describing the implementation of ESD-oriented RADEC learning and equality in learning services, while quantitative data processing was carried out to determine the level of RADEC implementation and the occurrence of equality in learning service indicators. The results show that the implementation of the ESD-oriented RADEC learning model was achieved at an "excellent" level with an average implementation rate of 81%, while equality in learning services was observed at a "good" level with an average indicator occurrence rate of 73%.</p> Sheryl Mutiara Putri Arifin Maksum Nina Nurhasanah Copyright (c) 2025 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-02-27 2025-02-27 9 1 1 15 10.22460/pej.v9i1.5317 Innovation in Digital based History Learning through Flipbooks for Elementary School Students in Lembang District https://e-journal.stkipsiliwangi.ac.id/0-last/index.php/primaryedu/article/view/5321 <p>This study evaluates the effectiveness of using flipbooks as digital-based history teaching materials in elementary schools in the Lembang area. This study aimed to identify the child abuse reporting practices and perceptions of teachers regarding reporting practices in public elementary schools in the Alimosho Local Council Development Areas (LCDA) of Lagos State, Nigeria. A multi-stage sampling procedure was used to select a sample of 314 public primary school teachers in the study area through a cross-sectional survey research design. Data was collected using a self-structured questionnaire, and both descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the data analysis. The results showed that only 15.2% of teachers in the research area had a negative view of child abuse reporting practices, while the majority (84.8%) had a positive opinion. Additionally, a strong negative correlation (r = -0.254, p-value = 0.000) was found between teachers’ perceptions and child abuse reporting practices in public elementary schools in Alimosho LCDA. Based on the study’s findings, it is recommended that the government and school administration provide psychological training and a support system on child abuse to improve teachers’ attitudes toward reporting child abuse.</p> Chidubem Deborah Adamu Copyright (c) 2025 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-02-27 2025-02-27 9 1 25 37 10.22460/pej.v9i1.5475 Exploring the Understanding and Practice of Differentiated Instruction among Mobilizer Teachers in Cimahi City https://e-journal.stkipsiliwangi.ac.id/0-last/index.php/primaryedu/article/view/5639 <p>This research examines the understanding and application of differentiated instruction by mobilizing teachers, focusing on learning readiness, student profiles, learning environments, content, process, product differentiation, assessment practices, and the challenges encountered.
