The purpose of this study is to describe the application-based digital content creation training model development and its effect on the pedagogical competence of ECE educators. This research employed research and development techniques (Research and Development), a strategy for creating effective educational products. Interviews, questionnaires, observation of documentation studies, and tests were used to collect data for this study. After data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis are performed. Quantitative analysis is used to determine the validity of research findings by conducting a series of tests. The training results revealed several findings, including the following: 1) an increase in ECE Educator pedagogical competence, 2) an increase in educator participation in training activities, 3) a high level of motivation for learning, and 4) the establishment of interaction between fellow ECE educators to share learning experiences. Training in the creation of digital content effectively and efficiently through the use of various runs. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach was used in this study. The participants include managers from the Community Learning Center (CLC) Suka Baru, tutors from the CLC Suka Baru, and learning citizens. The study employed field data analysis, which included data reduction, visualization, verification, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicated that: 1) Training planning is conducted in accordance with management procedures, beginning with the development of training instructions, validation, and implementation of training and evaluation programs. Tutors create Learning Implementation Plans (LIP) and schedule instructional materials. 2) The training conducted at CLC Suka Baru concluded successfully. This is demonstrated by the role of tutors, who communicate with and assist learners during training. Tutors deliver training in accordance with the planning that has been delivered and using simple-to-understand learning methods. Health protocols are used to conduct training via online and in-person meetings. 3) The training results indicate that learners improve their ability, knowledge, and understanding of ornamental plants to the point where they can learn how to sell online. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of animated learning media created with Powerpoint on the ability of early childhood teachers to create animated English learning media. The descriptive qualitative method is used in this study. The respondents in this study included 29 respondents who participated in the introductory research stage and 14 respondents who participated in the training stage. The results indicate that training is being conducted to improve early childhood teachers' abilities to create animated learning media using Powerpoint. The theories used are training theory, adult education, KMD theory, and scouting and competency theory.</p><p>The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a sample of two committee members and eight participants. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The results of the research on Basic Advanced Course Training (KMD) for Scoutmasters Kwartir West Bandung Regency in increasing competence through adult education methods that the training went well according to plan and the trainees received benefits that could be applied when they went to school. The data collection began with interview and observation of tutors and CLC managers, in which respondents were asked to provide responses or opinions on the effectiveness of English vocabulary learning through flashcard media. Research participants also were given an initial test (pretest) to determine their vocabulary knowledge, with the lowest score of 20 and the highest score of 40, followed by action or reflection, and finally retested (posttest) with a maximum score of 40 and a minimum score of 60. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the development of learning media using WhatsApp and Android GIF animation on the subject of Body Anatomy can be understood by students. The research objective is to find out the development of media and teaching materials on the Body Anatomy subject using WhatsApp media and Android GIF animations. The research was carried out using the R&D method. Online learning media were developed through the validation stage by material experts and media experts. The attractiveness of learning media is based on small-scale trials carried out on 12 students and large-scale trials carried out on 22 students. The test subjects were carried out on 8th grade package B students at PKBM At-Tajdid, Cimahi City. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at the North Sangatta Kasih Bapa Foundation. This research instrument consisted of eight people. The research results show that the management of non-formal education institutions is carried out through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The management of non-formal educational institutions at the Kasih Bapa Foundation has been running well, although there are differences in the implementation process with other institutions. This does not reduce the impact resulting from the program implementation process. Meanwhile, the role of human resources in non-formal educational institutions is carried out through the process of designing, improving, managing, recruiting, and motivating human resources. The obstacles to managing non-formal educational institutions include teaching staff and parents of students. Employing qualitative case study methodology, the research used observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect the data. Results reveal that the role of the community organizers in general was carried out effectively. This was reflected in Posdaya management of four areas including education, health, economy and environment where learning motivation, healthy living, entrepreneurship and productivity are enhanced. Findings also indicate that the high motivation of the community organizers and residents is the most influential factor supporting the development.
