Waiver Policy
PrimaryEdu: Journal of Primary Education greatly appreciates the contribution of authors in publishing high-quality articles. We aim to ensure that financial constraints do not become a barrier to the dissemination of significant research findings. Therefore, we offer a waiver policy under the following conditions:
-
The article submitted must be of high quality and provide a significant contribution to the field of primary education, based on the assessment of the editorial board.
-
The article must be written in good English.
-
The author must propose a fee waiver request by sending an email to the editor at the time of manuscript submission.
-
Authors with an outstanding research background, such as having a strong publication record in reputable journals (e.g., Scopus-indexed journals) or a good h-index in Scopus, may also be considered for a fee waiver.
The waiver request should be declared clearly during the submission process, preferably in the "Comments for Editor" box or via direct communication to the editorial office. Waiver requests submitted after the review process has begun may not be considered. The waiver decision will not affect the editorial review outcome.
