This study aimed to develop and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of an ecoprinting-based Student Worksheet for Phase C Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) on *Environmental Issues Threatening Life* to foster fifth-grade students’ sustainability awareness. Sustainability awareness was examined through three domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, representing sustainability-related knowledge, attitudes, and responsible actions. The study employed a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach based on Reeves, comprising four phases: problem identification and analysis; prototype development; iterative testing and refinement; and reflection. Participants were 31 fifth-grade students at SDN Sindanggalih IV, Garut Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected through expert validation, essay tests (pretest–posttest), questionnaires, and observations. The results showed that the Student Worksheet achieved a validity score of 99.66%, indicating very high validity and feasibility. The mean cognitive score increased from 29.03% in the pretest to 91.77% in the posttest, with an N-Gain of 89.72%, categorized as high. The affective score reached 68.50%, categorized as very good, while the psychomotor score reached 86.64%, categorized as high. These findings indicate that the ecoprinting-based Student Worksheet is valid, feasible, and effective in fostering students’ sustainability awareness.
