This study aims to produce a digital gameboard as a teaching medium for literacy in identifying hijaiyah letters in early childhood through a Research and Development approach referring to the Borg and Gall model . The subjects of the study were children aged 5-6 years at RA AT, through a limited trial involving 6 children and a broad trial involving 12 children. Data were collected through observation, questions and answers, documentation, and validation sheets from media experts and material experts. Validation data were processed using percentage techniques, interview data and documentation were processed descriptively, while trial data were processed using descriptive statistics assisted by SPSS. The validation results showed that the digital gameboard was in the very feasible category, with a percentage of media experts of 80.55% and material experts of 86.11%. Children's abilities improved, as indicated by an average score rising from 2.13-2.54 in the limited trial to 3.17-3.28 in the broader trial.
