Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji implikasi konseling forgiveness terhadap well-being remaja yang mengalami cyberbully. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode kajian pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kajian pustaka yang diperoleh, bahwa terapi forgiveness memiliki imlpikasi dalam menangani cyberbullying. Individu yang memaafkan telah melalui proses mengganti emosi negatif menjadi emosi positif. Individu memilih proses perubahan perilaku dengan cara menurunkan keinginan untuk membalas dendam, menghindari pelaku dan keinginan untuk tidak berdamai dengan pelaku sehingga forgiveness menjadi salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap well being individu.  Kata Kunci: Konseling Forgiveness, Well Being, Cyberbully.
